• 10+ Years of Legal Experience in complex litigation, corporate advisory, transactions and strategic dispute resolution.

Professional Experience: 

•  Early in his career, Aditya worked as a Junior to Senior Advocate Vikas Singh, former Additional Solicitor General of India and President of the Supreme Court Bar Association.  During this period, he gained valuable exposure to complex and high-stakes litigation, including matters concerning energy and infrastructure. 
•  Aditya subsequently served as a Senior Associate at a prominent law firm, where he was associated with the Dispute Resolution practice and handled complex matters involving white-collar disputes, corporate and commercial disputes, and high-value transactional disputes. 
•  His work involves strategic legal advisory, drafting, litigation and courtroom representation before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLT/NCLAT, RERA authorities and arbitral tribunals. 

Professional Recognition:

•  Recipient of the Plaque of Honor for distinguished practice before the Supreme Court of India and the National Law Day Award 2025 conferred by the International Council of Jurists, London.
